The Ciel Beurre Blanc Chardonnay is made from grapes sourced from the Adelaide Hills. This Chardonnay was whole bunch pressed using only the best free run juice. The wine was then fermented in French Oak Puncheons. Post fermentation the wine remained in oak on lees for 6 months with the lees stirred constantly to build character and depth.
A blonde with a touch of French (oak) allows the purity of nectarine and peach aromas to permeate in this Chardonnay. She has a naturally uplifting feel with her well rounded, citrusy personality. A creamy well rounded finish with an alluring natural acidity. Swirl that glass away and let her light up the room.
