Ciel Wines was an interest which turned into a passion, an idea which turned into reality for Chef Joshua Mason.

Ciel Wines became an evolutionary step in Chef Joshua Mason's career in hospitality. After training and working in restaurants internationally, he returned to Australia to head up Quoi Restaurant in Sydney's fast growing Hills region.

Chef Joshua Mason now has a portfolio which includes two of his own restaurants, a restaurant that he is the culinary director of, a wine label and a Barrossa Valley vineyard with boutique accommodation.
