The Ciel Yes Chef Shiraz was produced from shiraz vines located on the Ciel Vineyard in Angaston, Barossa Valley.
This wine is lightly spiced yet plush, juicy and fruit forward, delivering a wine with light tannins and a full structure. After being basket pressed to get the maximum fruit extraction out of the grapes it was matured in seasoned American and French oak for 10 months.

The Ciel Chef de Partie Grenache is made from Grenache grapes from the Ciel Wines vineyard in Angaston within the Barossa Valley. After fermentation, this wine was matured in a combination of French Oak and American Oak barrels for ten months before being blended together.
The 2025 vintage is a medium bodied wine showcasing lush, vibrant red fruit flavours with a juicy palate.

The Ciel Garçon de cuisine Mataro is made from Mataro grapes from within the Barossa Valley. After fermentation, this wine was matured in a combination of one French Oak and one American Oak barrel for ten months before being blended together.
This wine features fruit forward notes with a soft velvety finish.
