The Alto Pinot Noir is unfiltered to retain full flavour and settled in 30% new French oak from Nuits St George France, then rested in climate controlled storage for 12 months.
Balhannah provides the perfect cool climate environment for producing this elegant Pinot Noir, a wine that displays soft fruit tones and lightly spiced Burgundy like textures.
The Cloud Series of red wines have been designed for you to enjoy them now, although they can be cellared for 15 to 20 years if not even longer.
