The Cloud Series Cumulus Cabernet Sauvignon is a 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit sourced from Marananga and Lights Pass within the Barossa Valley. These two regions offer some of the best conditions in Australia for producing Cabernet Sauvignon which has resulted in a wine displaying unique and powerful aromas with a fruit driven palate supported by a firm tannin structure.
The 2024 Vintage was matured in a rare selected French Oak Leroi Barrel and an American Oak Stiller Barrel before being blended together before bottling.
The Cloud Series of red wines have been designed for you to enjoy them now, although they can be cellared for 15 to 20 years if not even longer.
The 2024 Vintage produced just under 800 bottles and each bottle is individually numbered.
