The Ciel Apprentice Riesling is made from grapes picked from the elegant Eden Valley, an area known for its cooler and softer environment thanks to its higher altitude. Specifically from the Springton region of the Eden Valley, this Riesling shows beautiful fruit, texture, acidity and minerality. The mouthfeel is crisp, crunchy, fresh and zesty with exceptional balance and a nose of white flowers and ripened nectarines.
In its workplace the Apprentice might be the lightest of the pack, but like its namesake, this Apprentice shows an overwhelming surprise of energy and an eagerness to please.
