The Pâtissiere Sparkling Vintage Rosé (2018 Vintage)

The Ciel Icon Collection Pâtissiere is a 2018 Vintage Rose Sparkling wine made in the traditional method. This method involves a second fermentation in the bottle to create the premium complex characteristics of a quality sparkling wine. This wine was aged for 3 years on lees to impart a rich, bready flavour to balance the beautiful freshness of the fruit.

Although it is a 2018 vintage, we held it back for release after fermentation so it was only launched in 2025.
