The Ciel Yes Chef Shiraz was produced from shiraz vines located on the Ciel Vineyard in Angaston, Barossa Valley.
This wine is lightly spiced yet plush, juicy and fruit forward. After being basket pressed to get the maximum fruit extraction out of the grapes it was matured in seasoned American and French oak for 10 months.
As the younger sibling to the Ciel Head Chef Shiraz, the Yes Chef Shiraz takes the Head Chef's orders to deliver a wine with light tannins and a full structure. Popping out of the glass from the Head Chef's demands, it stands tall, pushes on and doesn't argue.
