The Ciel Pâtissiere is a 2018 Vintage Rose Sparkling wine made in the traditional method. This method involves a second fermentation in the bottle to create the premium complex
characteristics of a quality sparkling wine. This wine was aged for 3 years on lees to impart a rich, bready flavour to balance the beautiful freshness of the fruit.
