The Cloud Series Cirrus Shirazis sourced from a single vineyard located on the top of a hill in the Greenock region of the Barossa Valley. The soils in this vineyard are shallow with exposed ironstone. This vineyard is low yielding and small berried producing a premium quality fruit.
Cirrus is fermented in large French oak vats and held on skins for 4 weeks before then being aged on lees in large format French oak for 18 months.
The Cloud Series of red wines have been designed for you to enjoy them now, although they can be cellared for 15 to 20 years if not even longer.
