Ciel Wines offer a range of premium red and white wines sourced from South Australia's leading wine regions including the Barossa Valley, the Eden Valley and the Adelaide Hills. The Ciel Wines range currently includes over a dozen different wines with each falling into one of three series being the Estate Range, the Icon Collection and the ultra premium Cloud Series. Our range of wines include varietals such as Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Grenache & a GSM blend.
Ciel Wines was an interest which turned into a passion, an idea which turned into reality for Chef Joshua Mason. Ciel Wines procure only the very best grapes and each wine is carefully made and refined by specialist winemakers under the watchful guidance and palette of our head winemaker, Chef Joshua Mason. At Ciel Wines we believe that with every great meal, a great wine should be paired.

After spending 15 years working in some of the world's best restaurants alongside some impressively talented sommeliers, and having constructed hundreds of menus, many of which were carefully paired with outstanding wines from all around the world, I developed a love and passion for wine, especially as part of a meal. Having owned and operated Quoi Dining for over 5 years, I always had a dream to enter the wine making game and use my refined Chef's palette to carefully create a label that focused on quality wines to be enjoyed by everyone. CIEL wines was this next step in my career and has now been followed with my latest venture, the Ciel Rooftop Restaurant in Norwest. I hope you enjoy my wines as much as I have enjoyed producing them.

The Ciel Estate Range includes some of our most popular wines. The affordably priced range currently includes two white wines, a rose and three red wines. The white wines include a Riesling and Pinot Grigio whilst the red wines include a Grenache, a Grenache Shiraz Mataro blend and a Shiraz.

Our Icon Collection features some of the wines that have made the Ciel brand so revered. The Icon Collection initially launched with a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (which both sold out in record time) and grew to include the much loved Head Chef Shiraz and Sous Chef Cabernet Sauvignon.

Like a Head Chef, this bold shiraz shows amazing character, weight, mouth feel and texture. Dark fruit from 100 year old vines in the Marananga region of the Barossa Valley, deliver a refined but powerful attitude and dark chocolate flavour profiles. This Shiraz is the Head of the Pack.
